  1. Accessing Files

  4. The *ACCESS command is intended to
  5. protect your files from accidental
  6. deletion, but all too often it
  7. ends up protecting them from
  8. deliberate deletion as well.  Many
  9. solutions to this are available,
  10. a couple of the more effective
  11. being !Access which toggles access
  12. attributes on files and !Killer
  13. which accesses and deletes files.
  14. Both of these are useful and both
  15. do their job well, but by far the
  16. most flexible file access program
  17. is !DirKiller.  As the name
  18. suggests, !DirKiller deals with
  19. whole directories as well as single
  20. files and provides options to
  21. access files, unaccess files,
  22. delete unaccessed files and delete
  23. all files.  Very useful to keep
  24.
